to the website of the Great Bowden Historical Society.
Here
you will find a description of the Society and what we do, the
2010/2011 events programme, and a list of our Committee
members. There is also a page of useful links to other
selected sites, plus information about the Society's publications and a
selection of old photographs.
We
hope you find our site interesting. Please do come along to
our meetings if you can. We meet at Great Bowden Village Hall on the
first Monday of every month (except July and August). A
year's membership costs just £7 for adults, £5 for under 18's,
and £12 for two people at the same address. Guests are always welcome,
entry £2. Please click on the ‘Meetings Programme’ page for further
information about our interesting programme of talks and our annual
summer outing.
