The Society is publishing a series of books and pamphlets about Great Bowden's history and inhabitants. Click here for full details about our first book "Great Bowden: A Village and its People", illustrated below, and for information how to order a copy. IMPORTANT: Please note that the initial print run of 700 copies of this book sold out and it has therefore been reprinted, at considerable cost to the society. Regrettably we have had to increase the cover price to £9.50, and this is the current price - not £7.95 as stated in the above mentioned flyer. (ISBN 0 9536981 0 6)
